Assistance with online shopping
Available for customers who wants to shop from their favorite online stores but are not so tech savvy, or are very busy and simply doesn’t have the time. A representative will place the order for you at a service fee of JMD $1500.
Barrel Shipping
We offer Barrel shipping services via sea freight.
Island Wide Delivery
Customers that are outside of Sandy Bay(Hanover)Hopewell(Hanover) Lucea(Hanover)and Montego Bay(St.James) can have their packages shipped to a Knutsford location of their choice.
Personal In-Store shopping
We offer in-store personal shopping at a cost of USD 120(2 hours minimum)with a PROMO of 10% off for the first 5 customers. Additional fees will be required to ship goods to warehouse by either UPS/USPS/FEDEX. Please note these prices vary depending on the size of the box items are being sent in and it’s weight as well as the courier transporting it to the warehouse.

Whenever you’re placing an order be sure to enter your U.S shipping address that you will receive once you sign up with 3D Logistics JA. When the package is delivered to your U.S shipping address, depending on what day it’s delivered it will get shipped next shipment day, you will be notified on the progress of your order, you’ll be notified when it arrives in Jamaica and has cleared customs inspection. Once those steps are completed, you’ll be provided with an invoice. You’ll then pay for your parcel and we’ll hand it over to you.
We ship from Florida USA to Jamaica, WI.
Shipments arrive on Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays. However, depending on weather and the availability of flights, shipments can be delayed.
Yes, 3D Logistics JA does provide assistance with online shopping. Customers are required to make a full deposit for the cost of the items plus taxes before orders are placed.
Yes, we do offer sea freight services. However, these are accepted at the warf in Kingston.
If packages are not collected, after seven(7) days they will incur a fee of JMD 500 per day and after 5 days it will be auctioned or destroyed.
All major cards are accepted forms of payment. Customers are also given the option to pay via Cash App, Venmo or PayPal.
